What is a Bureau site?

A Bureau site is a purpose built solution for companies who promote and sell Speakers and Entertainers into conferences and other events. They have very special needs since they sell the same product at the same price to the same clients as other Bureaus.

Features of the Let's Do It! Bureau site

In addition to the standard items as available in the Gold Let's Do It! web site, the Bureau site includes also the following:

Site visitors can search for presenters by any combination of the following:

• Name (or part of name)
• Stage name
• Topics
• Travels from
• Keywords
• Presenter type
• Presenting Style
• Category
• Fee range

and you can set up these selections very easily.

Video search
Users can also search all presenters who show videos on your site supplied by BioView. Video profiles can be selected by:

• First and last name
• Stage name
• Base
• Country
• Type
• Style
• Topic
  

Presenter display
The presenter display option can be set up to show any or all of the following fields

• Name
• Stage name
• Travels from
• Based
• Type
• Style
• Video
• Tag line
• Short description
• Long description
• Presentations/Acts
• Testimonials
• Client List
• Categories

Site visitors can also compile an inquiry list and when they are ready simply click a button to complete their event detail and send it to you for follow up.

You can design all forms (like inquiry) to contain only as much information as you want.

All forms have spam verification confirmation to avoid spam.

BioView Connectivity

All Bureau sites have BioView connectivity which means you don't need to upload video's to your site (although you can if you want). BioView delivers many presenter videos to your site automatically.

How much does it cost?

Bureau is an add-on module to the Let's Do It! Gold package and is available for $1500.00 plus GST. Hosting, support and updates are $100.00/month plus GST
